Criteria for Becoming a Launch client
Launch has a proven track record of success in supporting tech-based start-ups in Northwest Ohio. We are a program hosted by the Regional Growth Partnership since 2006, and our funding is provided through the Edison Program at the Ohio Department of Development.

The following criteria need to be followed for program participation:

• You are the principal of a technology-based corporate entity.
• Your principal place of business is in the 18-county region of Northwest Ohio.
• Your company is in the early stages of commercialization and has not yet entered the market.
• Your company has exclusive rights to Intellectual Property (IP) (patent, copyright, trade secret).
• Your IP is based on a revolutionary or world class technology.

Terms of Engagement
Launch commits to:

• Confidentiality of clients and their technologies
• Responsiveness and delivery of our services to fulfill your needs

Our clients commit to:

• Diligence in maintaining open and effective communication with us
• Confidential quarterly reporting using the forms provided by the Launch Program
